How do I create an account on the Bridge Markets?
To create an account and click on the "Create Account" button. Provide your name, email address and create a password. Verify your email address and you can start using the exchange.
How do I deposit funds into my account?
At the moment, we offer options for depositing funds via bank transfer or cryptocurrency transfer. Please follow the detailed instructions after selecting funding method to complete the deposit.
How do I place an order to buy or sell a cryptocurrency?
Once you have funds in your account, using the exchange window on your dashboard to set the cryptocurrency and the amount you want to buy or sell. You will receive the offer with applicable exchange rate valid for the specified period. After confirmation the offer will be processed, and cryptocurrency credited to the address provided by you in the Dashboard.
How do I withdraw funds from my account?
Fiat currency can be withdrawn by clicking button “Withdraw” within the Dashboard and the money will be credited to your verified personal account from which the money was credited.
How can I increase my account security?
To increase your account security, you should use a strong and unique password, avoid public Wi-Fi, and keep your device updated with the latest security patches. Be wary of any unsolicited emails or messages that ask for personal information or login credentials. We will never ask anything from you via another route than our Dashboard.
